Q-School’s European Medal of Merit after match day 3: Vandenbogaerde, Van Dongen and Doets sure PDC Tour ticket

The final stage of the European Q-School will take place from Wednesday 12th to Saturday 15th January. During this four-day event, players can earn Tour Cards for the PDC Circle. This can be done by winning one of the four tournaments or via the Q-School Order of Merit.

This arrangement is the lifeblood of players who just failed to score a stage win, but consistently do well over the course of four days. The top 11 players in this ranking after four days of matches will also receive the PDC Tour Card for the 2022-23 season.

After three days of playing, Mario Vandenbogherde, Jules van Dongen and Kevin Deutz are already sure to receive a Tour Card. They have already accumulated enough points to finish in the top 11 after four days of matches. Vandenbojerde has 12 points after losing twice in the finals, while Van Dongen and Deutz have eight.

Danny Janssen is also in perfect shape after three days of matches with seven points. Perhaps this number of points is already enough, but Jansen officially has not yet arrived.

Vladimir Andersen, Patrick van den Bogard, Dirk Tlinks, Damien Mull, Robbie John Rodriguez, Radek Zagansky and Patrick Matt are also physically in place for a Tour Pass, but they still have to work on Saturday.

Well-known names like Benito van de Pas, Christo Reyes, Christian Kist and Gili Claassen have to have a good day on Saturday to win another PDC Tour ticket. Van de Bas and Reyes may have to reach the semi-finals at least. Kist needs at least a place in the final, while Klaasen has to win the final tournament.
